Customer service good, 5 to 10 minutes medical test complete. First wearing face mask. After a short wait, visit the counters with passport and visa, then blood test without pain followed by chest X-ray. Medical test completed quickly and smoothly.
It’s organized. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. But my issue was not rectified when I went for it. They gave me the address of another location where I could follow up my case. The support to visit another location was appreciated.
